Leaders of the Peoples Democratic Party in Osun State on Wednesday met with the Governor of Delta State, Ifeanyi Okowa, Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto State and Douye Diri of Bayelsa State over the crisis in the party. Okowa, who is the Vice Presidential candidate, met with the leaders to seek the support of Dotun Babayemi and his supporters ahead of the governorship election in the state.
Recall that Ademola Adeleke and Babayemi factions held separate governorship primaries.
